Yes, we offer booking of  a remote control support session for some of our services. This means that we can often fix your computer problems without you having to bring it into our shop. You must have an operating internet connection working on the troubled computer. We can do virus, malware remediation, routers, switches, website & SharePoint. We also offer remote control booking appointments, so you can book an appointment without having to call us.

4. How much do your services cost?

The cost of our services varies depending on the specific problem you are having. When you book on our application it is just $20.00 to start the service call then 29.00 every 15minutes after 20 minutes (up to 2.5 hrs.) The $20.00 can be used as a diagnostic service, so we can give you an estimate before we start working on your computer.

5. Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes, we offer a 1 year parts and labor warranty on all of our work for products purchased through us

The amount of time it takes to repair a computer varies depending on the severity of the problem. However, we strive to repair all computers within 24-48 hours.
